I was a bit worried the velcro wouldn't hold up after a few washes, but the hook and loop still closes tight every single time. The backing is also flexible enough that it doesn't dig into my skin when I move around.

The hook-and-loop closure grips firmly every time, no slipping even after a month of daily use. I've already ordered a second one because the first is holding up so well.

I was honestly surprised at how sturdy this feels for a hook and loop closure—the fibers lock together with a satisfying snap when I press them. I've been using it daily for a week and it hasn't lost any grip or started to fray at the edges. Definitely does the job without any fuss.
